DIVINE 5 GUESTS FLAT @ THE MAIN SQUARE (CLEANING)

This apartment has been decorated and equipped to make you feel at home. We would appreciate you following these rules to maintain harmony between neighbors and hostess:
- GUEST ASSISTANCE: Please contact the hostess and her team directly by message or WhatsApp call at the following numbers: +52 55 5506 4240 Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM. +52 55 5506 4231 during non-working hours - HOT WATER: In Mexico, most domestic systems operate through a water TANK heated by natural gas combustion. Therefore, its water supply is LIMITED and will depend on each shower duration and the time between them as new water must be reheated. - CLEANING: It's done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at no extra cost. Additional services can be requested from the hostess at a charge of MXN 450 each (excludes ironing and cooking) and can be paid by credit card online. - ROOF GARDEN: Free of charge and without any schedule limitations. - PARKING: The building doesn't have its own parking, but there is a lot of availability and it is very safe to park on the surrounding streets or in one of the several public parking lots that are a few meters away, such as: "Estacionamiento El Zócalo" which is located 20 meters away, on Calle 20 de Noviembre No. 211 (right side of the sidewalk), closes at 10 pm. The next closest option is "Parking Hidalgo", at Calle Hidalgo 408 (around the corner from the apartment) open 24 hours. - FURNITURE CARE: It is not allowed to move the furniture from its original place as this may damage the floor and/or generate annoying noises for the lower apartment. - PARTIES: They are strictly prohibited. The schedule to keep calm and moderate all noise and/or loud music is from Sunday to Thursday at 10 PM and Friday to Saturday until 1 AM. - SMOKING: Totally prohibited throughout the department. - DAMAGES: Guests, their visitors, employees, or any other occupants are responsible for any damage they cause to common areas, inside the apartment, and to adjacent cars in the parking lot. If necessary, we will request damage payment from Airbnb, affecting the guest's reputation. GARBAGE: In addition to the trash cans inside the apartment, in the interior patio that leads to the roof garden there is a large trash container. - CHECK-IN HOUR: 3 PM/ CHECK-OUT HOUR: 12PM. Due to our apartments' high occupancy and our housekeepers' legal working hours, we can't grant early arrival and/or late departure. Upon prior request, luggage can be left in the apartment from 12:30 PM and no later than 2:30 PM while it is being cleaned without the possibility of remaining inside so as not to hinder the work of our staff. If you leave your belongings unpacked after 12 PM, we'll make a photograph inventory of them, and place them inside plastic bags that will be stored in our cleaning storage room. A penalty of MXN 1000 will apply and we won't be responsible for returning them when immediately as we depend on our staff availability.
